Commercial terms are published separately for each legal entity. Select the supplier named in your invoice, commercial offer or accession confirmation. The contracting supplier is the legal entity identified in the applicable commercial document. The procedure for acceptance (accession) is set out in the text of the relevant offer. Accession does not occur by viewing the website or sending an inquiry.

These Terms govern use of the Genesis Group corporate website. Commercial supply is governed by a separate agreement or by the offer of the relevant legal entity.

Company Details
Genesis Group brings together separate business directions and legal entities. The contracting party for each commercial transaction is identified in the agreement, offer, invoice or other applicable document.
Payment details are provided only in the relevant agreement or invoice. If in doubt, verify them through a Genesis contact already known to you.
Business conduct and reporting. Genesis companies comply with applicable anti-corruption legislation and applicable sanctions regimes of Ukraine and other relevant jurisdictions. Concerns about possible violations of law or business ethics connected with our activities may be reported to office@genesiscompany.com.ua with the subject line Compliance. Reports are reviewed confidentially to the extent permitted by law, and good-faith reporting entails no negative consequences for the reporter.
